Holly Tennant Billy has lived and worked in the DC Metro area her entire life. Growing up in the Virginia suburbs and living and working in Arlington for the last 24 years has given Holly a tremendous knowledge base about the area and how it has grown and changed over the years.
Holly is proud to have been consistently recognized as a partner in Washingtonian Magazine’s Top Producing Teams. Holly brings a wealth of leadership, management and contract negotiation skills to real estate. Holly started her real estate career in 2015, pivoting from executive leadership roles in marketing and business development at various fast-paced DC-area technology companies. As Vice President of Business Development at LivingSocial and ID.me, she negotiated highly competitive and complex deals with many Fortune 500 companies. During her 15 years at AOL, she held several positions across the business development, marketing and international teams. In addition to having excellent negotiating skills and an eye for detail, Holly is a top-notch listener and communicator who always operates with integrity. These skills enable her to consistently negotiate the best results for her real estate clients.
As a native Washingtonian, Holly knows the DC area like the back of her hand and is always exploring new areas of development, new eateries and culinary experiences. Currently, she lives in North Arlington with her husband, son, and their two rescue dogs. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with family and friends. She is actively involved in community, PTA, and is an avid fan of her son’s sports teams. She can often be found on the sidelines of a basketball court or baseball field talking about the local real estate market with friends and clients.
